Cold Nose, Warm Heart Therapy Pets Program Visits RRES 2018 -2019

Mr. Bill Marshall and his dog Coinneach (pronounced Kon-ick) from the Cold Nose, Warm Heart Therapy Pets Program have been visiting with our students this week during library time to explain what life as a therapy dog is like.  Students from Pre-K to 5th grade have enjoyed our visitors.  Each student has also received a copy of Mr. Marshall's book, I Want a Nap! A Day in the Life of a Lazy Greyhound to take home and enjoy for years to come.

Potato Head Biography Projects

Students were asked to choose a famous person about whom they could research.  They read biographies and / or researched their individual on the World Book Encyclopedia website (or other reputable websites.) Here are just a few examples of our students' creativity.
